Who is African Bush Camps...

African Bush Camps is a small and independently owned Africa based company run by one of Africa's top Safari guides Beks Ndlovu and his wife Sophia. The company was a result of the growth of Beks Safaris, where Beks used his natural talents and outstanding guiding skills in nature to promote the concept of private guided safaris through remote parts of Africa.

Beks and Sophia passionately believe that your guide and your hosts in Africa are the key to the most memorable African experiences to a quintessential safari. To compliment their vision, they have taken on owner run properties and operations under their portfolio of African Bush Camps and further developed their own camps Somalisa Camp in Zimbabwe's Hwange national park and Linyanti Bush Camp in the Chobe Enclave in Botswana's Linyanti area. It is through these independently owned camps and mobile safaris that you will experience Africa in the hands of the finest guides and hosts in remote parts of Africa. All our safari camps are uniquely designed on the original style of comfortable tented safaris that are authentic and boast of the art of service and above all fantastic unparalleled wildlife experiences and encounters.

African Bush Camps portfolio of camps in Botswana are the luxury mobile tented safaris in Nxai pan national park, Madgadidgadi pans, Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Moremi Game Reserve, Khwai area, and Chobe National park. Our mobile safaris are managed and owner run by John and Tina Chase. We have a 12 bedded exclusive tented camp called Linyanti Bush Camp located in the Chobe enclave in a private concession in the Linyanti area on the shoulder of Chobe national park. In Zimbabwe, 45 minutes flight from the magical Victoria Falls, lies Somalisa Camp which is a 12 bedded exclusive tented camp in a private concession in Hwange national park along an ancient seasonal flood plane. In Mana Pools in a private area is Vundu Camp which is a 12 bedded bush camp used in conjunction with the Zambezi canoeing and walking safaris in the game rich stunning flood plains of the Zambezi valley. These are both managed and owner run by Nick and Des Murray who have had vast experience in Mana pools and have perfected the art of adventure and authentic safaris.
