Alan McSmith
Alan is 38 years old and has been guiding through out Africa for the last 18 years as a Professional guide. He has lived in South Africa, Botswana, and led excursions through Namibia, Zimbabwe and Swaziland.Born in South Africa, he first discovered a passion for wild life at a tender age and was fortunate enough to secure an apprentice guiding position straight after leaving school. All further studies were abandoned to pursue the horizons (some would call it an addiction). Needless to say the more conventional lecture room has not been attended since. His training and back round has allowed him to have an in-depth knowledge and experience of South Africa.
